Software will not load

The first thing to do when software will not load is to verify that you have the required computer specifications to load that program. Please double check first wit hthe manufactuer to make sure this software is copatable with your operating system and hardware configuration (you have enough free disk space ect..)

Second reboot the computer and try the instalation again. If you have already installed the software once and you are trying to install over the same program you may need to go to the "add remove programs tab" in the control pannel and first remove the software there.
